Gasoline Stocks at Lowest Level in Years Wednesday November 8, 10:04 AM EST NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. gasoline stocks have fallen to their lowest level in more than three years, and the second-lowest figure in a decade, the Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Wednesday. "The latest figure showed gasoline stocks down 2 million barrels to 186.1 million barrels for the week ending 3 November," said EIA analyst Doug MacIntyre.

"That's the lowest level since we hit 185.6 million barrels on Aug. 29, 1997 and the second lowest since 1990."

U.S. oil prices have been running near decade highs in recent months as a lack of crude and refined product in stock fosters concern over winter fuel supplies. B)2000 Reuters Limited.
