Does anyone have any Jersey heifer calf - registered or grade - for sale?

Where are you?

Yes, where are you? Because I have two yearling heifers, sweet, handraised, we've had them in the stanchion and eating there while we twiddled their bits so they'd know what milking meant. They are registered jerseys, and from a rather proud line, at that. But we're in idaho. Where are you?

Ann, Where in Idaho? And how much do you want for them? I'm in Oregon and am interrested if Dan is too far from you.

I'm in southwestern Michigan - near Grand Rapids.

Dan If you have trouble getting your cow,I would try asking at the local feed store for the jersey breeders in your area.I went to the breeder closest to me and asked him for a 3/4 cow(one that will be shipped for meat because she has a dead 1/4 udder)She will be purebred and less than 1/4 of the price.250-300$ here in ontario.

Great news! I found not one Jersey heifer calf but two! It's great to have Jerseys on the farm again! Thanks for the advice!
