Does anyone have a recipe for honey vinegar they would share with me? I have never made vinegar of any kind. Thanks, Tang J.

Honey vinagar or Honigar is an old Celtic Wica potion. It is supposed to aid your body in striking a balance that is harmful to bad germs. It is made by mixing equal parts of Honey and Cider Vinagar by heating while mixing. Then each day mix 1 Tablespoon of mixture in a small glass of water and drink. It is quite pleasent.

Apple cider vinegar and honey is a very healthy folk remedy. You might want to read Folk Medicine by D.C. Jarvis, M.D. It does all kind of good stuff for your immune system.
