Auction it on www.ebay.com or www.yahoo.com Get most (or) more of your money back and call it a learning experience. What works for some, doesn't work for all. I have had software & hardware that was shit for me but preformed GREAT for others. All you can do is shoot for quality & customer service. It sounds like you got 1 out of 2. That is better than 0 for 2. Example: My friend has a Pinnacle DC10Plus capture card I sold him because I was getting bad quality with it. He had a Matrox 400 that was giving him problems. He sold it to me. Now, both of us are making video cd's with no problems and the quality is great for both of us. Don't ask me why. It is all a hit and miss kinda thing. As most of the people here with experience will tell you, it's a learning curve to find out what works. & a quite big one at that. It may seem simple. Capture, encode, burn, enjoy. But what a minute, if I do this and that will the quality be better? Uh oh, my player won't play it, did I do something wrong? Can my player read cdr, cdrw, vcd, yada, yada, yada. Read, read, read, read, borrow, try, enjoy! Anyway... A big thanks to those that frequent this board. This forum alone has saved me hundreds of hours and dollars. Happy Halloween!
