I am trying to find the parents of Sarah Marie Springer b. Aug.22, 1871,in Stanly county N.C. the 1880 census has her listed in Thomas Greene's household in Stanly County N.C.I thought her parents might be Aaron Springer and his wife Mary, but I dont know.

I have Sarah Marie Springer's parents as Wiley Springer and Martha Huneycutt. Thomas Greene's wife was a sister to Wiley. Do you know why Sarah was living with her aunt and uncle? I have Wileys death in Jan. of 1871. He died before the birth of Sarah Marie. Do you have any more on this? Maybe that is why she was living with Thomas Greene.
