For years I have been assisting others with generating left and right brain ideas that are perfect for them. I run small classes for free and then ask for a donation afterwards (this does'nt work very well). I need to grow this into an internet training business. I need ideas for the content and the software I would need.

Well, there are a couple of options on this front. One is to look into existing training Web sites, and get in on one of them. Some of them allow you to build your own course and put it on their site, charging a certain amount per student. The other is to start your own site. I would suggest going with the first option, at least as a start, since the second would really require some dedicated programming resources.
