CLEVELAND -- A United Airlines flight from Boston to Salt Lake City made an emergency landing this afternoon in Cleveland after apparently losing an engine in flight, according to thebostonchannel.com.

The 757 landed safely at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The plane originally had two engines.

The plane was scheduled to arrive in Salt Lake City at about 1:30 p.m.

That's not going to do there stock any good. Its already been roughed up by the market due to soaring fuel prices and their labor disputes. Losing a motor during flight is going to cause the regulators to swarm all over United.

But the good news is this is proof positive that they can fly on one engine!
