How did she know?

Three days before my wife's cousin passed a way, my wife had a tarot card reading done. During the first 10 minutes, she said to my wife that she would soon hear from a "leo" about a death. Very shortly thereafter, the tarot reader stated "Who is the gemini? It does not look very good for the gemini."

Well, we got the phone call from my wife's mother, who just so happens to be a Leo. The person who died? You guessed right. A gemini.

I have always enjoyed the threads on time and metaphysics. I just got done reading an old thread from april titled "Time travel". What can we say about this strange phenomenon?

BTW-in case anyone is wondering-I heard the reading myself on tape. No tall story from my wife.

FutureShock,
I recall the possibility being raised (perhaps on the thread you reference) of a sort of transcendant awareness that sensitive individuals might be able to tap into.

You mention listening to a tape. Did the tarot card reader encourage the taping. I am assuming that the recording was made with her knowledge. 8^)

Tarot cards are pictorial representations of the "energy" surrounding any given situation. The reader simply reported the significance of each card just like astrologers reveal the significance of planetary interactions.
