For shortest poem, it would have to be either the second version of "To ____" (1829) or "To F____s S. O______d" (1835) ... both are a mere 8 lines.

The poem "To____" is:

I heed not that my earthly lot

Hath - little of earth in it -

That years of love have been forgot

In the hatred of a minute: -

I mourn not that the desolate

Are happier, sweet, than I

But that you sorrow for my fate

Who am a passer by.

It appears I was mistaken in regards to Poe's shortest poem. There was one of only two lines written by Poe at the age of 15 in 1824. Apparently untitled by Poe, it was found in the financial records of his foster-father, John Allan. It goes:

Last night, with many cares and toils oppress'd

Weary, I laid me on a couch to rest
