Looking for potato bread recipe

My mom Swares by Potato water. When she makes boiled poataoes she saves the water and uses it for the liquide in her bread. Hope that helps!It uese precisues water and the braed is light.

I have seen a recipe for this in the Tightwad Gazette newsletter that uses instant mashed potatoes. I'm not sure if it is in the TG books. I can look it up for you if this is the kind of recipe you were wanting.
