FYI, we save EVERY receipt we get. At the end of each month, we categorize the purchases, and place the receipts into a month- labelled envelope. This envelope goes into a filing cabinet, where the envelopes are then grouped by quarter.

We keep these for 5 years, for tax purposes, as recommended by our accountant. (I'm a "business owner" too.) You HAVE heard of "taxes" and "audits", right?

(Oh that's right, you don't work anymore, but just sit there and post your stupid bullshit every day. Well, unemployed means no taxes or audits, so I guess you're safe.)
