Will OJ kill again before he is finally locked up?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TB2K spinoff uncensored : One Thread

Heard on radio news that OJ broke into his new ex-girlfriend's apartment apparently to destroy messages he left. Like a typical dumb bimbo, she chose to not press charges... big mistake.

Sounds like the green-eyed monster is eating away at him again. Wonder how he will react when he sees her with another boyfriend. Will he put on his Gucci shoes, gloves, and use his knife again? It is only a matter of time.

O.J. Simpson's Ex-Girlfriend Files Burglary Complaint Against Him The Associated Press

Sep 23, 2000 - 12:24 AM

MIAMI (AP) - O.J. Simpson's ex-girlfriend has filed a burglary complaint against the former football great, claiming he broke into her home, erased a message on her answering machine and took a letter.

Christine Prody, 25, told officers Friday night that Simpson, 53, had used a key to enter her Miami-Dade County home between midnight and 7 a.m., according to the police report.

Prody said she telephoned Simpson about it and he admitted going to her home because he wanted to erase a message he had left for her, the report said.

The only thing missing was the letter, which Simpson did not want Prody to mail to a "mutual friend," the report said. The contents of the letter were not disclosed.

Prody did not want to pursue charges, Miami-Dade Police spokesman Juan Del Castillo said.

Simpson and Prody reportedly stopped seeing each other six weeks ago. In May, police were called to a Miami hotel after Simpson and Prody got into a loud dispute where Prody allegedly slapped and kicked him. Simpson refused to press charges.

In October 1999, police responded to a 911 call Simpson placed from Prody's house. According to a police report, Simpson said Prody had been on a cocaine binge. Simpson later called it a misunderstanding, saying he had placed the call about one of Prody's friends.

Simpson was acquitted in 1995 of killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman. He later was found liable for their deaths in a civil trial and was ordered to pay $33.5 million in damages.

Simpson denies break-in, theft

September 23, 2000 Web posted at: 10:56 p.m. EDT (0256 GMT)

MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- Former football star O.J. Simpson admitted entering an ex-girlfiend's apartment while she was out, but denied breaking in or stealing anything from her.

Simpson told police he went into the apartment of 25-year-old Christie Prody only to do laundry and take out the garbage, a police report filed on Saturday said.

Prody called police on Friday after she said Simpson entered her home uninvited earlier that morning. She was not there at the time.

In a report from the Miami-Dade police, she said Simpson removed pages from her address book and a letter to a mutual friend that he had told her he didn't want her to mail.

Prody did not file charges against Simpson.

Restraining order discussed

In an interview with police on Friday night, Simpson said that although he and Prody broke up about two months ago, they remained on friendly terms and Prody never asked him to return the key to her apartment.

He said he had visited the apartment at least four times in the past 10 days with Prody's consent.

Neighbors interviewed by police said they saw Simpson's black Lincoln Navigator in front of Prody's apartment on Friday morning. One neighbor said she saw Simpson carry a large white laundry bag into the apartment.

In the report Prody filed with the police, she said she called Simpson after she realized someone had been in her home. He told her he had been there but said it was only to erase a message he had left on her answering machine.

Simpson told police he believes Prody called authorities because he had made a telephone call to her mother about a personal matter, which upset her.

Police instructed Prody on how to obtain a restraining order if she felt it was necessary.

Simpson was acquitted of criminal charges in the 1994 murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ron Goldman. But he was found liable for their deaths in a civil trial and ordered to pay $33.5 million in damages.

******

He can golf at expensive courses, but he can't afford a washing machine? If the girl had been home, do you think he might have used that bag to take her body out after he broke her neck? I wonder.
