okay i made a movie in premiere 5.1, now i want to burn it with adaptec vcd creator, but when i export using digigami MegaPEG, adaptec won't reconize the mpg file, what am i doing wrong?

You probably have something like the bitrate wrong, VCD are pretty specific of the way you have to encode the mpeg, my recomendation is to use an Mpeg plugin for premiere that has a premade setting for VCD's, I recomend panasonic's encoder.
