I'm a bit confused about Round 2. According to your statement, Arjen and LordGaz are in, but does that mean the lowest scorers of Group B & C are out? Or are you going to conveniently sidestep the issue and eliminate no one from those groups?

Parsley, you clever guy, why not use an official version? Why the hell should I use TGMAME, which doesn't work on my pc (missing file audiow32.dll) and isn't an official release (and maybe is even illegal according to the copyright rules set by the MAME project), instead of MAME32 v036 final which is an official release?

Strange rules we have to follow.

Ok, so ramblings at 1am in the morning leave ppl wondering. Here we go. With Vaz and Jazz being eliminated, in combination with Boxster and Tickenest withdrawing for their own reasons they sent me emails on, that left 2 gone from each group A and D. Only 4 are to be eliminated this round, and with doubles from A & D, the 4 are already eliminated. Basically Boxster/Tickenest offered their seats to the two who couldn't get a playback, but submitted screenshots for each level of their game. I also stated that this was a one time only pass, and if it happened again, they would be out. Now, to Vaz... I stated in the beginning on the KoA, and is in the rules (you know, the page all were to read???) it says that TGMame would be used whenever possible. With Aurail, it wasn't possible, so the next available final was, in that case, Mame36final. But Arabian was with TGMame, so that is why it was used. Now, Vaz, if you remember right, I was in the minority against TGMame when it first came out. I do now apologize to those I may had offeneded by doing so, as the "legal" issue is a joke. Let's see, a "non-official" (By MameDev only, and ppl know how I hate them) version of a "questionable legal" software program. Good luck getting that to stand up in court. If you didn't agree to the rules before, don't come in later and bitch. You are the only one that got pissed with the ruling, other emails (not, off board) I receieved were positive. CP BTW - R3 begins Thursday, "Just don't be caught in last, k?"

But Chris, you're going against your own rules! And I quote from your so called rules page:

Before the round begins, the tournament pool will be divided up into smaller groups of players. The lowest score in that group in the particular game will be eliminated from the tournament.

It never says ANYTHING about a pre-determined amount of players being eliminated from a round, only that the lowest place scorer in each group gets eliminated. It seems you've twisted the rules once more...
