Master Food Preserver

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I've seen a number of references to a Master Food Preserver program and can't find any information on it. Does anyone know who sponsors it, etc. I called the local Extension office because of the Master part of the name as they have the Master Gardener program but they'd never heard of it either.

Thanks in advance.

Marilyn, on my pumpkin thread, someone said she is a Master Food Preserver with WSU. Don't know if that's Wisconsin State University or perhaps Washington State or something else.
