Some dimwit posted that I took money for Y2k. It is FACT that I refused even a free meal with members of DAMA. PERIOD. I PAID for ALL MY OWN Y2k Activities. I keep the copies of the Y2k site online so that IDIOTS will not say that "he was a doomer and yanked his site so nobody can see it". MOST **DOOMER SITES *** HAVE VANISHED. Every last time for the lunchs of DAMA's Y2k group went for the lunch 7.50 to the Wyatts and the balance to DAMA. I was not a member of DAMA but I wrote the web site back in 1997.

HINT the site was hosted FREE BY GTE I.T. Dept. (member DAMA) GUESTS INCLUDED: Ken Czjaka : MEMBER ***ED YOURDON's CUTTER CONSORTIUM*** THE LAST SPEAKER IN OCT. 1999 WAS : BRUCE WEBSTER. Head of the DC Y2k Prep Group and now an associate at Price Waterhouse in DC. A panelist in Jan. 1999 was THE Y2k WeatherMan (Doomer Dennis later turned Moderate Pessimist). Dennis tried for weekly meetings at a Denny's 1/2 mile from the Dama Meetings and he DID try to make money with Y2k efforts. I DID NOT. That enabled me to criticize openly ALL THE ASSHOLES OF Y2k before and AFTER 1/1/2000 and not be accused of being a "vest interest".

I realize that you probably won't listen to this, but I feel I must try anyway. CPR, you are not a hero who has saved the country from the menace of the "doomers". There never was such a menace. It is completely imaginary. You are a real estate salesman with no "special powers". You are completely unimportant except to yourself and your friends, if you have any. Your delusions of grandeur and your delusions of persecution indicate that you are seriously ill and need help right away ... before you start acting out your fantasies in "real life" and hurt yourself or someone else. Now I see. DAMA, with all the resources they must have available, chose a non-member real estate salesman to develop their Y2k site -- and then gave that non-member real estate salesman complete control over content and when (if ever) it gets pulled. Sure. Makes sense to me (but then I'm just a smarter-than-average kumquat).

THERE WAS ........NO........DEVELOPMENT. And the Volunteer Group (nobody but nobody was paid a dime)......needed something on the web.

I TOOK THE Y2K AREA FROM MY OWN SITE,,,,RE-WROTE A FEW WORDS, CHANGED THE E-MAIL TO THE HEAD OF THE y2K STUDY GROUP AND.......CHANGED THE COLORS AND SOME LOGOS.

Not that you would know it but it was essentially UNCHANGED since 1997 when Gary North first contacted me for "information" because he claimed he was computer "helpless".

Y2k was a COMPUTER PROBLEM......Gary, FRUITCAKES, EY, HYATT and many other POLITICIZED and PUT IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR.,
