You can access it by setting up POP email access in hotmail.com or another online email program.

First, get a kit for your computer at home from Computing Services. The URL is http://www.sfsu.edu/~helpdesk/kits.htm ; from there click on the link to your computer brand.

Once the kit is installed, go to this URL; http://www.sfsu.edu/~helpdesk/access/access.htm for an explanation of how to set things up.
