Nice shot Mark. What are the lightish splotches on the right of the frame, snow? This is the only detractor of the image for me, otherwise very nice.

Those white spots just got to be spiderman's face;) Sorry, couldn't help myself. I like this pic. I has a really nice depth of view. And the purple haze... Well done Mark!

Nice color and composition. Pity about the snow; it does tend to distract. I love the great detail in the silhouetted foreground pines; God bless roll film.

nice shot had i been there i would have busted out my 16x20 camera then i would have hired some monkeys to climb the mountain and shovel of that distracting bit of snow.god bless 16x20 and mountain climbing monkeys.-J
