I would like to know why is that seeds grow better in a 1% fertilizer solution than in a 10% fertilizer solution? I would like this info. as soon as possible.

Hey Doc, I answered via email and hope it was all you needed. For others, it is the salts in the fertilizer that inhibit the normal germination. The salts tend to draw moisture from the seed, therefore preventing or slowing germination.
