Country Gateways could offer a number of on-line and off-line services including:  Information services (news, weather, directories, maps, market information, etc.);  Communication services (forums, chat rooms, shared file libraries, polls, etc.);  Knowledge services (sectoral databases, e.g. legal, project/donor, statistics, company);  Transaction services (e-commerce, e-government, e-banking);  Training services (on-line courses, presentations, multimedia resources);  Hosting and customization services (home-pages, work spaces and virtual offices of Gateway clients);  Workshops, seminars and publications.  Consulting services (e.g, e-business plans preparation)  Connectivity services (Internet kiosks, dialup access etc)
