Well, its finally time to change my MVs oil, but without a manual, I dont know how much. Anyone have a clue? and what type is recommended

Can't help with volumes, but the local shop is putting in fully synthetic in the F4S's at the 1000klm service.

If you flip up the seat you will see on the tag the manufacturer calls for synthetic 10w-50. Can't remember exactly how much I put in but buy 4 qts. and you'll have enough. Actually I used Agip4T 20-50.

The bike with a new filter takes almost precisely 3 liters of oil...full synthetic 10/50 or 20/5
