Artichoke dip

Does someone have a recipe for hot artichoke dip like the one Olive Garden serves? My family loves this dip and would greatly appreciate eating it in our home!!!!

Sandy,

You may have already received an answer to this question and since I have never tasted Olive Garden's dip this may not be what you want but I'll send it on anyway. Take 1 part each of cream cheese, real mayo, and sour cream, mix in about four parts feta cheese (or to taste) and 2 or 3 parts diced up (discard the tough parts) canned artichokes (not marinated). Add as much of the juice from the can of artichokes as it takes to get a nice thick consistancey (remember it will thin out as it gets warm). Slowly heat in a thick bottomed pan or a crock pot (it burns easy) - do not boil. Serve warm with french bread for dipping. It's yummy (and fattening!) Enjoy!
