Missing Water Still A Mystery Water officials in the town of Canton are trying to figure out why water is mysteriously disappearing in the nearby town of Waleska. According to Canton water officials, they are pumping up to four times more water to the tiny town than usual. But often times, the water disappears before making it to Waleska. For now, officials are using alternative methods to supply residents with drinking water. The missing water has also forced Canton, Waleska and nearby Holly Springs under a mandatory 24 hour outdoor watering ban seven days a week.
