I have pana Mpeg1 encoder and ce-quadrat and was wondering if it is possible to make svcd's with these. If not what do i need.

SVCD is mpeg2 video / mpeg1 layerII audio. Panasonic Encoder is mpeg1 encoder and it produces VCD compliant mpeg1 format. Ce-quadrat also only works with VCD, the last time i used it. I don't know about the new version. You need TMPEGEnc1.2b (freeware) + Nero5 (Demo) to make SVCD. TMPEGEnc1.2b is the best encoder for both VCD and SVCD out there now aday.
