Collection agency changed again!greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread
Not a question just an update for those interested. re: Property Service Partnership Collection Limited.
I have had a letter today saying that PSPCL have appointed FACILITY TRADING SERVICES LIMITED as Asset Managers in respect of all shortfall debts so in other words our debt has been passed on yet again. Is this a "Micky Mouse" company or what?

I did a quick search on the Companies House register and can tell you that PSPCL and Facility Trading are based at the same offices. However, in the Data Protection Register Facility Trading are based in Aldershot.
Property Service Partnership Plc are registered under the DPA but not PSP Collection Ltd.

I too have had a letter from Facility Trading Services, claiming that they are acting for their 'client' PSPC NoI, but trading from the same address.
Does anyone know what is going on here - do they think we are stupid or something???
