I've heard quite a few negative reports about soy on the radio and decided to see if there's any info on the web. Sure glad I don't eat that stuff. Here's just one of the sites:

Some people do great on soy and all of its benefits. i for one, am allergic. I don't think generalizations work when it comes to people and food, and all the new hype of the benefits of soy excludes the lot of us who get negative reactions from it.
