I have never encounter such problem, unless it was done deliberately. When you are making a new project, which type of disc are you authoring? You must choose Video, and from there, VideoCD 2.0

Don't just make an ISO9660 CD-ROM.

Add-on to the original question

The mpeg files are not stored in the MPEGAV folder, they are are stored outside(MPEGAV folder is empty). Morever, while burning, why does WinonCD says that it is writing TRACK 1 OF 1 even though there are about 14 mpeg files.

It doesn't seem like you are burning with a VCD layout. All I can say is try Cequadrat VideoPack 4, Nero 4+, or Easy CD Creator Deluxe, and make sure that the MPEG files are VCD compliant.

Hi WN KOH.

This is a common user error when starting to author VideoCDs discs with WinOnCD PE or with VideoPack 4.0

You must be including your video clips as MPEG Files ( which go on to the SEGMENT folder ) and not as MPEG TRACKS ( which go on the MPEGAV folder as DAT files ).

Check this parametres when you add the MPEG video clips to the project.

Hope this helps you.
