Photies from DC and Columbus

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

Most of my (and a few from other people) photos from the US friendlies are up at the toonarmyusa site.

Next up, I'll work on my personal page of pure self-indulgence...which will have my personal photos...including the ones with various players and Bobby.

Thanks, all. yeah, the New Castle thing was amusing. Must be cause of New Castle, Delaware and New Castle, Pennsylvania. Hopefully at least 2 cities have now seen the light...it's Newcastle! :-)

Hey Ciara, from the Training July 24 page, who's the "long time exile" (23k) next to Shearer? I met him on the metro that night and we talked a good 20 mins about the team. He did said that he lived in DC and hadn't been back home for many years.

HIs name is Harry. I meant to get contact details in Columbus. I spoke to him several times in DC, but only saw him briefly in Columbus, he disappeared right after the game so I didn't see him again. Really nice guy.

Yep, Sting...photos came out great! The one of me and Dunc is priceless! Captured the moment so well, though the memory is still better than the photo. ;-)) Once I get myself organized, I'm going to get reprints of the ones you're in for you.
