My understanding of the current Middleboro/NESC situation is that four riders have been permanently banned from any and all competition within NESC. As an NESC Amateur, VET rider and attorney, I see several legal options open to those riders and the NERC. Although I have been approached by several riders, none has followed through with his/her intentions.
