Free E-mail Book - How to Make Extra Money in the Country

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

The forum seems to be attracting more people so I will make this offer periodically.

Several years ago I self-published a book on How to Earn Extra Money in the Country. Over 200 pages, well over 300 possibilities. Sold enough to break-even, but not enough to warrant reprinting it. I've continued to update it and really hate to see it just reside in my PC.

Therefore, anyone who wants a copy just e-mail me and I'll provide it as an attachment. It is in Microsoft Word for Windows format. However, for some reason I can't send it as an attachment to anyone who uses hotmail.com. They have two options: Send five first class stamps to me at Ken Scharabok, 1645 West Blue Creek Road, Waverly, TN 37185 for the book on a diskette or find someone else to download it for them.

For those who get it, if you highlight the entire document and change the format into single column, and font size to 12, it will be easier to read. When exiting, just say not to changes.

The book is still copyrighted. You are welcome to print out items or the entire document. Just don't sell copies. You might consider taking it on a diskette to a print shop to see if they can make you a copy on their high-speed printer for so much per page.

Sorry, no paper copies left.

My husband and I work full time jobs, but when you live in a rural area, you seem to get paid in "rural wages." Anyway, it would be nice to be able to supplement our incomes. Thanks, Mary

I would like a copy of your book as an attachment. I live in the country and work 1-2 days a week to make ends meet. It would be nice to be able to give up my job and enjoy my small farm. Sorry if you received this note twice, you know how computers are. Marlene

I would love to get some more ideas. I work at the local riding stables for 1-2 hours each day and enjoy it, but it is time away from home. Thanks very much, you are very kind to make the offer.

I also would love to receive a copy of your book. I must work FullTime away from our small homestead and it kills me to be away from home everyday! You can email it to tepeeclan@nidlink.com. Thanks so much!
