Is that no sugar as in no white sugar or as in no sweetening of any kind? Honey? Maple Sugar, Stevia?

To make soymilk, I take a package of silken tofu (it comes in a juice- box type package), drop it in the Vita-mix and add a splash of vanilla extract, half teaspoon of salt, and about a tablespoon of honey. Blend on high (a regular blender would work, I bet) and that's it. Silken tofu can be found at natural food stores, or you might even find it in your regular grocery store.

The following is from "Back to Eden" Take one pound soy meal (do not have it ground to fine) (I have also heard that you can use soy flour if it has not been defatted . gef) three, quarts of cold water. Mix and boil 25 minutes, strain, sweeten and salt to taste. It is best to use a flat bottomed pan, and stir with a pancake turner, as it burns very easily. Have not tried this but have used a lot of the information in this book. gail
