If you are referring to the announcer on scrapheap, you can find her bio at www.channelfour.com/scrapheap.

Try www.channel4.com/scrapheap. That should work. She cracked me up with her comments on the wimpy shocks used on the cannon....

Yeah, she always has a witty comment ready to go. I also like it when she makes fun of certain teams creations.. Its awesome.

I checked out the bio and it worked. I didn't know she had a band! I ended up finding a few songs to download, and they're pretty darn good too! If you search on yahoo! for the band name, you can find a few websites with lots of pictures :)

She is Kathy Rogers and I found a weird site for her at W WW.topcath.co.uk it has got some color photos and information, but does seem to be a bit european with not much american stuff or hyperlinks. Great to see her in charge of this stunning show though

-- Kay Eveian (cupertino.CA@USA.net), September 15, 2000.

The reason that site is 'a bit european' is because Miss Rogers is herself a bit English. 'English' is a word we use here in Europe to describe people who come from 'England', which is a country. In Europe.

Incidentally, do you guys need a copy of the Democracy Operators Manual? We can let you have one in PDF format.

Why would we need that? I guess 99% of the world population (ours included) fails to recognize that the United States is *not* a democracy. It is a constitutional republic.

I would think the British would be looking for tips from America. Hint: step 1 of creating and maintaining a democratic republic is "Get rid of your monarch." Step 2: "Get yourself a written constitution." Step 3: "Eliminate 'rotten boroughs.'"
