Earnings per share for the second quarter
ended June 30, 2000, were 37 cents per
diluted share, compared with 31 cents per
diluted share in the second quarter of 1999.
During the second quarter of 1999, the
company incurred $1,154,000 of Y2K-
remediation charges for a net after-tax
charge of $681,000, or 3 cents per diluted
share.
