RECORDER REPORT

KARACHI (July 25) : The offices in the old Sindh Secretariat suffered a day-long power outage on Monday due to a fault in the KESC system.

The secretariat that houses dozens of the provincial government offices in the barracks adjacent to Sindh High Court building remained without power from 10 a.m. till evening.
