I know this question is aked lots, but is my PC okay to run VCD? P200MMX 64Mb Ram 8Mb ATI RAGE 2 / 12Mb Voodoo 2

Also, if it is not, does anyone know of any cheap MPEG-1 hardware decoders (im not interested in dvd decoders at the moment). I am looking to spend UK 30-50 pounds Cheers

sounds like you need the RealMagic Hollywood Mpeg decoder card for both Mpeg1 & Mpeg2..It runs about 69.00 US which is in your ball park.

I could get a VCD to run smoothyly on my old P120, and did not have any MPEG hardware decoder. You should be fine playing them. Good Luck.
