Is this what it's like to be dead?

You know, ignoring the whole thing about my still walking around and talking and eating and working and sleeping and complaining and things, I feel like I just might be dead and nobody's told me.

It's not that I'm not online, because I still am, of course, and I can access my mail through Yahoo and write back to people who write to me, but I feel as though I am looking at this online world through a glass--just being at arms length.

I talked to Helene (Snoozebar) on the phone the other day, and she mentioned that there was a flurry on Alice's mailing list about "Where's Kymm? Where did she go?" which, not being on that list, was like hearing a report of my own funeral.

Which doesn't mean that it was depressing, it was more like a preview of what would have happened if I really had disappeared. That would be so strange, just to suddenly stop and never post again. And, I guess, never email anyone again, including my best online friends who are now offline friends, like Tracing.

Not that I'd ever do that, not willingly, but I guess if I were hit by a bus I would.

Just musing. Don't mind me.

I kept checking your site... no update... unheard of!!! So I just asked the list... they quickly pointed me to the fourm. A sigh of relief was had by all...okay was had by me.

I believe it's all a ploy to rack up hits for Kymm's July 14th entry!
