I am trying to find a copy of an out-of-print book by John Egerton titled "Southern Cooking." I don't know who the publisher is, or how long it's been out of print, but if anybody has a copy or knows where I can lay my hands on one, I'm willing to pay a fair price.

Also check out www.abebooks.com ; I plundered around a bit with the author's name and found the 'Southern Cooking" book as well as a couple of others that looked interesting.

Prices were in the low-mid $20 range.
