Laramie, Wyoming - Natural gas disruption since 1:00am, July 18th, 2000.

Restaurants are being hit the hardest. There has been very little news and no cause for the disruption is being reported. Service is not expected to be restored until tomorrow afternoon.

I do have a question about what to expect when service is restored. Are there any dangers of fires or explosions when gas begins flowing through the system and pilot lights need to be relit?

Will update the situation as news warrants...
