ATTENTION VET B RIDERS

greenspun.com : LUSENET : New England Motocross Racing : One Thread

Hey guys , whats up ? Last weeks newsletter asked for 2 riders from each class to attend a meeting with the nesc . The perpose was to try and resolve any issues we may have . They (NESC) have opened the li nes of communication . And I think we should take them up on this .Ron Sabin vet rider #270 and myself vet rider 41v are willing to go and represent vet b guys if you want us to . We will act in a profesinal like maner , and try are best to convey your feelings . I ask that you email me with a yes or no answer and any cripes or comments you have to be directed to the nesc board . I have talked to a few guys so far and some of the feedback is :#1 we want to be treated better (like paying customers not pains in the butts ) #2 we want to be able to vote for rider reps not have them picked for us #3 give these rider reps more power in desision making . #4 suspensions to be voted on by more than 1 person (thus trying to eliminate power hungry refs having final say )#5 more tracks #6 track owners not running nesc ( its like having wolves watch over hen house ) #7 swift action on this middleboro ban on 44 people when 1 or 2 might or mightnot ben in the wrong . #8 the steping down of are currant president (for lack of confidence and respect from the riders , for not resolving banning issue in promp manner ). You may AGREE or DISAGREE with these . I wont know if you dont tell me . please email me i'll write every thing down , fax it to Bonnie Mikalson as was requested ( this is so she can go through all faxes so we dont keep repeating one thing after another ) (a very good idear ) . the meeting is the day before the next southwick you can come see me or Ron , as to what happened . I will also post it on this message board . Thank you !!!!!

PS I'm going to Unadilla this weekend see me there if your lucky enough to be going . Hope you are its a DONT MISS on my list every year !!!! if you do go dont pass me it hurts my feelings and i,m very sensitive .

Hey, Thanks for stepping forward to rep. I'll make lame excuses about why I didn't off line. I agree with all of your points made.

Dilla!!!! What a good time. Ron, Thanks for the motivational push out there, Good Ride! I'm gonna spend the rest of the week cleaning aluminum mush out of my tranny. Oh joy....

Later, Mike---
