Alright - another vote is as follows:

The game should score the way it's scored unless:

a. There's a massive tie that can be broken.

b. A different motion is approved via opinions or votes.

I really don't know why we haven't implemented this rule a long time ago - but it seems like I should point it out now for discussion.
