The 1st time I logged into this web site was about 2 months ago after a trip to bull run . I was very angry cause I was treated like a puppy that had just wet on new carpeting . I could'nt wait to get home , get on my computor and get even . Now beleive me this phyiscally hurts me to say but I apologize to Yvon Cote for this charactor assination . I was deep in the worst human emotion ANGER . I acted without really thinking about it and stooped to his leval . He rented space in my head for free and wrecked my weekend , and I'm sure he forgot all about it in 2 minutes time . You see thats how he treats everyone . How sad to live like that ,I do feel sorry for him . Why am I saying all this ? because its time to start acting like adults . Yes I beleive the time has come for change in NESC infrastructure. And that change has to come from the top . It is time for you Mr Cote to step down from your posistion as president . You see you have lost the respect and the confidence of the majoity of riders( my personal poll of about 100 riders stands 2 for 98 against ) not acceptable sir !!! We the riders called on you and the NESC to correct the gross injustice of the banning of 44 riders from Middleboro for the leged (to assert to be true before proving )actions of a few . You failed !!!! I say again sir time to step down . Fellow riders we need to surpress the anger we all feel and grow up .Stop the bashing and call for change . I personally have chosen NEVER TO RACE MIDDLEBORO AGIAN . I have not however decided for anyone else , thats not my choice . It's theirs !!!This whole Pat Barton issue is out of control. I beleive Pat is 34 years old ( a grown up ) and therefor capable of making up his own mind wether to race or not . What I think or you think is the right choice is irrelevant . By calling him names is only deviding the riders that are on the fence on the NERC movement (there are many trust me ) these riders my sef included dont want others making choices for us . Yes I have the sticker on my bike and have signed the petition for the resgination of the top officials . We need to get everyone on board here guys . By making the bullying statments and bashing people the NERC is loosing support from the majority ( myself included ) . Its time to forget the past and move towards the future . what that future is I dont know , but if we dont all get together on this we'll never find out .If you like the way things are now dont sign it (petition ) if you dont like currant conditions sign it . If you dont like the way it is and dont sign dont complain . whichever way you go we won't hate you or ostracize you (to shut out or exclude ). We are suppose to be all freinds here remember ? Jack said it best {I LIKE TO GO TO NESC RACED CAUSE ALL MY FREINDS ARE THERE } He's right .
