Let Your Freak Flag Fly, and Don't Wipe That Blood Away!

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Hedgehog Talk : One Thread

What do you think is sexy that you know is maybe a little weird? Maybe a little freaky-deaky? Mine is the sight of blood, real or fake, on a man's face. I think that an unattractive man with blood on hs face is a hundred times more attractive than a really handsome guy with a clean face. And if it's a handsome man? Hold me back!

Ahem. Sorry about that.

So what's yours?

Alright, true confessions time.

I have been known to fantasize about men I'm invovled with being sexually intimate with other men (in my fantasies, it's always his best friend.) Felatio to be specific, and it's always a very sensual, touching, not at all raunchy, image.

To me, there is just something very, very erotic about it.

I am not sure how weird this is. For me, it's older men who can sing. Not your typical rock/country/jazz/whatever singer, but guys who aren't primarily known as singers.

I'm talking Jerry Orbach. Christopher Plummer. Len Cariou. I love to watch them, even when they aren't singing. I know they can, and I find it very sexy.

My God, I love to watch a man eat. The lips, mouth, hands - well, now that I think about it, it truly depends on how he eats his food.

You know I can always tell how a date will go by how a man eats. I used to think I could tell how a man would be sexually too but I have been proven wrong on that theory. DAMN!

The weirdest thing that turns me on is when a man is absolutely pissed off. When his face is all squinchy and snarly, mmmmm.

Women who can kick ass. Michelle Yeoh. Sandahl Bergman. Renee O'Connor (but not Lucy Lawless... go figure). Jenette Goldstein (Vasquez on Aliens). Whoever played Callista on Xena. Carrie Fisher in the gold bikini strangling Jabba with her own chains... yow. Okay, I realize she's not a real fighter, but still. Gold bikini. Chains.

Wire-rimmed glasses. I just love 'em. I think just about any man looks infinitely sexier when he's wearing wire-rimmed glasses. Put wire-rimmed glasses on any of the men I named in my first paragraph in the Crush Me, Baby! thread and I will melt like butter on hot summer day. Yum, Yum!

Accents.... yah I bet Kymm could do my sexual well being irreparable damage in about thirty minutes and a half dozen different accents. I am monsterous times worse than Jamie Lee Curtis in "A Fish Called Wanda".

Little drummer boys. *sigh*

Here's how my equation seems to work:

boy: huh? Go away. boy + drums = Bring It On.

Ironically, I've dated quite a few drummers but my only significant relationships have been with guitarists (well, guitarists and computer geeks). Something about them pounding on the drums, the hair flying, the sweat flying, those nice arms they get from all of the exercise, and of course, I just really like percussion instruments.

*sigh* I have to go smoke a cigarette now.

Men with bullwhips...and Men with swords...luckily, I work at a Shakespeare Festival so I get to see these things pretty regularly...*sigh*

okay, so just got back from a gay nightclub and it's fresh in my mind...but i love cute little gay boys when they dance. no one is sexier than a gay boy! it's the cutest thing. that and drag queens...love em. LOVE EM! they just kick ass...

i went to a drag king show tonight before i went to the gay nightclub . lesbians dressing as men, lip synching and dancing. Fucking hilarious. But drag queens and gay boys...still sexier. :)

Okay, Linsey, thanks for speaking up. I didn't want to be the first one on this. That's the other thing for me--gay women. I realize we're talking quantum levels of unavailable here, but still... some of my biggest crushes have been on gay women.

-- Colin (ethilrist@prodigy.net), July 13, 2000.

Ya know, I'm the queen of "Crushes on Unavailable Men" (married, involved, celebrities, "just good friends"), but I've never had a major crush on any gay men. Oh, I've had a few "What a cutie/sweetie, too bad he's gay *heavy sigh*" (I'm looking in your direction, Mr. Cleary), but never an all-out, obsessive crush. I guess even I know where to draw the line.

-- Carol (webgal@ordinarygoddess.com), July 13, 2000.

i cant say ive ever had any crush on a gay man. i just think they are sexy and cute. im also usually one for the unavailable type...but being a lesbian, it's always been on straight women. or famous...maybe she is gay...or maybe i want her to be gay so badly but she really isn't it's just all in my head...TERRI CLARK. hottest HOTTEST woman alive. sexier than anything i have ever seen and i want to just put her in my pocket and carry her around with me.

-- Linsey (writergirl76@hotmail.com), July 14, 2000.

What I think is sexy are mens butts.......especially gay mens butts.. My house mate is gay and there is nothing like looking at his butt through the slightly open bathroom door while he is in the shower..*sigh*

Ya know... I still haven't seen Gladiator, but after seeing X- Men, I can understand Kymm's thing about men with blood on their faces. Especially Australian men. Good lord. Hugh Jackman was just unbelievably fine in that movie. Okay, so maybe Canuck Wolverine occasionally sounded a little Australian, I can put up with that. Especially if he does the occasional hard-bitten longing glance thing. Whew.

-- Lisa (lisa@selkie.net), July 15, 2000.

Bloody faces in X-Men? I am so there!

-- Kymm (kymmz1@yahoo.com), July 15, 2000.

My boyfriend has a cute bellybutton. I love to blow in it. I love to stick my fingers and especially my tongue in it. So far I have not encountered any bellybutton lint. And I kinda like how it tastes in there. I know, I know. Yuck. LOL!

-- Lauren (thecutestone@hotmail.com), July 15, 2000.

Ah! Someone beat me to it! I felt I needed to alert Kymm to Hugh Jackman as well. humminahumminahummina... The first time we see him in the bar fights... woowee! Brooding in the corner, takes a few punches, then BAM BAM BAM! and the guy is down and he's brooding in the corner again. With no shirt on... and that Wolverine-hair...

Kymm... go buy tix right now...

Oh and the movie was great too :)

-- Stef (stef@stef.net), July 15, 2000.

I just came back from seeing X-Men and enjoyed it, but I was mainly there for my man Patrick Stewart. I love me some Patrick (I don't usually like bald guys). But damn, I don't think I realized how much hair he has on his chest. Guess we know where the hair on his head migrated to.

Hugh Jackman does have promise, though. Methinks Kymm will have to see X-Men very soon.

I too for some reason have giant crushes on some of my lesbian friends. In particular, I find short haired, tall, flat chested boyish more so than masculine women, incredibly atractive and pray for the day I am asked to be a surrogate father for them. I find feminine men nice to look at as well.

-- Daniel (truth60@yahoo.com), July 15, 2000.

What are my turn ons? Men wearing jeans with no shirts. Men with dimples (argh, i love that!), TALL men, between 6'2" and 6'6" -- it's a fetish of mine. Unavialable men (until they like me :) !) Men in control - firemen, policemen, bosses......

-- christine sanborn (christie@coolfire.com), July 17, 2000.

Gimme a man who can TYPE - hands on the keyboard }just like they taught ya}, eyes on the screen. Must be the combination of fine motor skills and the ability to have attention in two places at once. Every man gets more attractive if he can type. Maybe its just me.....

-- Shizuka (fahren_451@mail.com), July 19, 2000.

Boys in bands. Particularly guys in bands who play in dark, smoky clubs. Rowr! Though I guess that's not so weird... I also find shy, quiet guys very, very attractive.
