You wanna talk about safety issues. I heard Norman was hiding in his car that day at middleboro, with a bottle of booze and a gun. He was afraid he was going to be attacked. Let's talk about safety issues. I'm going to take my son to race at a track where the clowm that runs it is drinking and has a gun? I dont think so! Which brings me to another topic. Why is alcohol allowed at the track in the first place?

in the rule book.. page 18 G-11 it states that " RIDERS, MECHANICS, PIT CREWS AND RACE OFFICIALS MAY NOT DURING THE DAY'S EVENTS DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, USE DRUGS, OR STIMULANTS OF ANY TYPE. PENALTY FOR THIS VIOLATION MAY BE DISQUALIFICATION FROM ALL FURTHER PARTICIPATION FOR A PERIOD OF TIME UP TO ONE YEAR" whats that tell ya ?????
