rules?

i need to know the rules regarding suspension or disqualifaction, if the matter at hand is under appeal can you still race? in all other sports you can, but the nesc rule book only has a page regarding protests, nothing about suspensions, etc. i need to know the answer!!!!!! does anyone know? by the way i would like to thank jack, bill, lee, bob and all the experts and rider reps. that went to bat for #919 this past weekend in maine, as you can tell by my question our problem still isnt resolved, #919 got 31 days suspension for dad kicking dirt in the crevis in the crack at the starting gate, by ref. DICK!! he lowered it to 15 days after hours of discussion by us and you the rider reps. 15 days is still not good enough for us,it should have been a warning or disquafication for that moto, not 31 days or even 15. i believe that was very excessive!!!

Page 18, section G-22, rule H reads: "Grooming, racking, sweeping, and so forth, in front of the starting gates is not allowed by mechanics or riders." It says nothing about disqualification or suspension for doing so.

I'm not sure if this applys to your circumstances but take a look. Rule book, page 35, rule P-3.
