I'm looking for 25 orgainzations that have divisions or departments that are organized in teams and in traditional command and control units. Idealy looking for historical occupational safety data that can be used anonymously in a research study. I'm looking for differences between teams and non-teams with regard to occupational safety and then trying to determine what if anything distinguishes high performing teams from low performing teams with regard to occupational safety. Research outcome will be shared. Confidentiality will be maintained. Thank you for your help.
