This is an example of a photo embedded in a question. Any graphic that you want to insert must already be posted somewhere on the web. Then you insert the URL (the internet address, including the http://www.) of the image as follows:

That's a slug. They really like beer for some reason, so gardners sometimes put out a little container with beer to catch them before they eat up all the lettuce. They crawl right into the beer and "drown" (although I'm not really sure if it's drowning or alcohol poisoning that kills them).
