Enough is Enough Cover Letter

greenspun.com : LUSENET : New England Motocross Racing : One Thread

NESC Riders,

The following letter was written and delivered to NESC shortly after the 1st Middleboro race (a disgrace). As you will see some effort and time was spent on the letter yet the NESC failed to even so much as respond to it. I guess I at least expected someone to acknowledge that problems do exist and be willing to at least take a look at them. I was not riding today but was at practice when the experts took the track and all I could do was stand there and shake my head. You deserve better than this.

Effective immediately I am offering to step up to the plate, put my money where my mouth is and offer to become the president of NESC. While may of you do not know me, some of you do and I suggest you take a minute to talk with one of these riders who knows me. Dana Johnson Keith Johnson Graham Rogers Paul Letendre Jason Stella Raefe Veiga Stephen Hefner It is time for change!!!

I do not know what it would take to force a change in the management of NESC but I will find out. I do know that nothing will change without the support of you the riders. I can't promise you perfection but I can promise you a hell of a lot more than you are getting now. If you would like to support my efforts in changing the NESC please let me know about it. I am available at my office weekdays and at home in the evenings. If you are content with the way things are then dont do anything. If you want change then be willing to do something about it besides complaining. You guys and girls deserve a whole lot more than what you are getting. Sincerely,
