When using Nero to make Vcd's, some files don't show a Duration and when ever I burn them to a cd then try to play them it hangs my Dvd player (Philips Magnavox 825 Dvd player). I can play videos that have a duration, but when I get to a file that doesnt have a duration it hangs my Dvd player. Im wondering what software I need to get them to play. Thanks.

the mpeg that does not have a duration is likely to have corrupted indexer. you need to rebuild the indexer with editing program like IfilmEdit, VCDcutter, or anything that will edit your mpeg file. Fix the indexer first and then burn.
