Hey Jack and anyone else , I just got back from my brothers house . He is an attorney with a large law firm and assures me that absolutly no action will be taken against Jack or anyone else that has voised their opinion on this web site or anywhere else for that matter. You see we have this thing called THE 1ST AMMEENDMENT to the CONSTITUTION , (FREEDOM OF SPEECH ). He also told me he has talked to his senior partners and they would gladdly take this case probono if anything did .I have only asked his legal help once , for my divorce with my xwife . I still live in that house today with my new family . Let me tell you it wasent pretty , I actully felt sorry for her . I explained to him how strongly I felt on this matter and he agreed . Like he said if a man cant take critisism than he not much of a man at all . We'll see how much of a man yvonn is . Well I am sure you know where I stand . I would hope ALL fellow riders would stand by you on this point even if they may differ on other issues , thats their right and their opinion . that is all of our freedom of speech . And with out it we might as well live in CUBA with FIDEL . See you all at the track with a gas can and a SMILE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
