I've got a job interview next week, my first real interview (not teaching) in Japan with a firm of headhunters and basically I need advice. What kind of people usually work for headhunters what skills do they have what does a head hunter do. I'm sure some of you have been in conbtact with them before and for warned is for armed or whatever...

Thanks for all the advice, I've got the interview on Tuesday and so it will be a case of getting my head down to prepare over the week end. I'm really br!cking it but at least I'm safe in the knowledge that I've got a good job and so if I don't get it (or I don't like it) I won't be overly depressed!!
Thanks again everyone

Well it's Tuesday, already. Interviews been and gone.I gave a very good account of myself, thanks in no small way to all the advice I was given on here. I met the recruiter and then one of the managers (a good sign I thought) who happened to be an American guy I'd played football with before (small world). I also met one of the other guys who worked there. The manager said he was willing to 'give me a go' and so did the recruiter after the second interview.
I have a second interview next week but at this stage I have reason to feel confident. Now I've just got to decide whether this is what I want to do, whether I can live on a pay cut for the first 3-6 months and whether I think I'll be good with pressure!
Thanks to all of you for your help especially Bud Wiser, Gav, Pete and Sounder and thanks Steph, for the card!
